CROSSROADS – POTTSTOWN, PA
Crossroads is a 49-unit new construction project located near Rt. 100 in Upper Pottsgrove Township. The site had previous approvals for townhomes that had never been built due to an economic downturn in 2007-2009. Purchased as an REO property, the Crossroads project was subject to a Settlement Agreement that stipulated a site plan and certain architectural and engineering details, including the realignment of Cross Roads itself. In all, Crossroads features eight clusters of units spread over two road loops with a significant amount of open space. The financing for the project was provided by low income tax credit equity, conventional construction and permanent loans through Wells Fargo, and an award of HOME funds from Montgomery County.
