RIDDLE MEMORIAL HOSPITAL PAVILION
Riddle Memorial Hospital is in the midst of a $320,000,000 capital improvement campaign for its hospital campus. A Mainline Health Hospital, the new Patient Pavilion represents the 1st phase, and is a $120 million, five-story 59,000 square feet facility that ties into the face of the existing hospital. The Pavilion, located in Media, PA, will include new patient rooms, and birthing suites. The schedule calls for a 36-month time line for completion. BFW is providing project controls for the general contractor, P. Agnes Construction.
