The James (Innovation Center) Building, located in State College, PA is a six (6) story, 86,000 SF facility that is being used as an incubator building and university services which consist of various department office spaces, common work areas, public space facilities, commercial spaces, and an underground parking garage. The building has a sustainable structure, including a green roof, advanced electrical, mechanical, plumbing, sprinklers, and HVAC systems. This building is also “LEED Gold” certified.
