FRANKFORD CDC
Frankford CDC focuses on mixed-use, affordable housing and business development, through a Targeted Corridor Revitalization Management Program and works closely with the Philadelphia Commerce Department and the Office of Business Services to help meet the needs of businesses within Frankford’s main commercial corridor. FCDC connects current and potential business owners with the resources they need to thrive. The Frankford Community Development Corporation is building two three-story commercial building at 4663-65 Paul Street. Upon completion, these buildings will include four (8) rental housing units on the second and third floors and two first-floor commercial units.
