He specializes in designing and delivering functional office spaces across industries such as biotech, hi-tech, government, law, finance, hospitality, and higher education.
Ajay collaborates with design firms to capture client visions, oversees construction teams and vendors, and ensures projects are completed efficiently. Known for his collaborative approach and leadership, Ajay is dedicated to delivering high-quality commercial projects.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
