COMPASSION SENIOR LIVING
Compassion Senior Living is a proposed 38-unit affordable senior housing development at 6223-6227 Catharine Street in the Cobbs Creek neighborhood of West Philadelphia. This new $13.9 million community will be home to senior citizens 62 years of age and over, with incomes ranging between 20% to 60% of Area Median Income. The development will feature 37,704 square feet of residential space in an elevator building with one-bedroom units, an on-site management office, laundry, an on-site library, a multipurpose room, a green roof, and a community center for resident activities and supportive services.
