BFW served as the Owner’s Representative for the tenant fit-out of 22,000 square feet in Class A office space for PIDC at 1500 Market Street in the heart of center city Philadelphia. The scope of work included the completion of $2.8 million in tenant improvements on a strict deadline due to the expiration of a pre-existing lease. The effort included design and construction management, contractor selection, project scheduling, cost control, project documentation, and client management. The project was completed within 100 days, in scheduled time, and within budget. BFW provided post-award lease construction project management and technical support.
